Acrylic work within Stage Up factory capabilities for display and brand features, with thickness, fixing, lighting and finishing reviewed against the approved design.
The published factory profile lists acrylic alongside wood and metalwork. Its use can be discussed for lettering, display faces or brand features, depending on the design. Transparency, color, weight and lighting need review; glossy photographed surfaces are not automatically acrylic.
Thickness, edges and connections
Thickness, dimensions and fixing methods must suit the application. Edges, connections and potential movement or impacts require review with the delivery team. Supply detailed drawings, intended use and quantities rather than a visual reference without operational context.
Coordinate light and graphics
For illuminated features, review light distribution, maintenance access and cable concealment. Applied logos or graphics require approval of color, size and method. A sample may be appropriate before the finish is repeated across all components.
Packing, installation and quotation
Transport protection matters for visible surfaces and edges. Scope depends on material, dimensions, quantity, finish and fixing, and whether the request is for individual pieces or an integrated stand. Share the plan and delivery date for review.
Prepare acrylic for installation
Review edges, fixing positions and clearances for lighting or adjacent elements against the design. Coordinate surface protection and cover removal during installation to reduce scratches, approving material and color before fabrication.
