Exhibition stand manufacturing

Stand manufacturing from an approved design or an initial brief

Stage Up’s Riyadh factory brings together woodworking, metalwork, acrylic, CNC, printing and finishing for exhibition stand components. With an existing design, review starts with drawings, dimensions, materials and assembly details. An initial idea or booked space can progress through design development coordinated with fabrication and installation requirements.

What can be fabricated for your stand?

  • Stand joinery: reception counters, walls, display and storage units sized and finished for their intended use.
  • Metal frames and components: supports, connections and structural components according to approved drawings and technical requirements.
  • CNC cutting and acrylic: shaped display and identity elements coordinated with the rest of the stand.
  • Printing and signage: wall graphics, logos and signs produced from approved artwork, colors and dimensions.

From drawing to component: what should be approved?

Start with a specific component: a counter, display wall or illuminated sign. Define dimensions, function and service openings, then approve material, color, finish and joints. Cutting and assembly are checked against approved drawings, with graphics and lighting coordinated before access is closed.

Before approving stand production

  1. Confirm the drawing revision, dimensions, height limits and exhibitor manual governing the build.
  2. Approve components, materials, finishes and artwork, and identify who supplies equipment and furniture.
  3. Review production, assembly, packing and delivery stages against venue access and handover dates.
  4. Record installation, dismantling, storage and specialist supply inclusions before work starts.
