CNC cutting within Stage Up stand fabrication: coordinated shapes, repeatable details, material review, joints and finishing for components that assemble as planned.
The published factory profile and capabilities page identify CNC as a production discipline. It supports repeated components and custom shapes, subject to material thickness, working size and assembly detail review. No machine model or numerical tolerance is claimed without verified specifications.
Before cutting begins
Supply dimensioned drawings, explicit units, material and thickness, quantities and finish requirements. Lettering, openings and curves need checks at connections and fixing points. A cutting file requires buildable information beyond what is shown in a 3D concept.
Coordinate with adjacent components
Cut components are coordinated with joinery, acrylic, painting and signage according to the design, then checked against adjoining parts. Published geometric project features can serve as visual references; photographs do not prove that any particular component was CNC-produced.
Define the fabrication scope
For a quotation, share dimensions, drawings, quantities and timing, specifying whether the request covers cutting alone or fabrication, finishing and assembly. The quotation should identify included file reviews, materials, transport and installation.
Cut-part handover
Check cut-part dimensions and connection positions against drawings and adjacent components. Part labels and assembly orientation help coordinate fit-up; cutting, finishing and installation inclusions are agreed for each order.
