Define the structural function first

The published factory profile lists in-house metalwork. A frame or display support requires review of loads, fixing, dimensions and location. Metalwork capability is not automatic approval for any height, suspended structure or double-decker stand.

Information for technical review

Provide drawings, equipment or product weights, any suspension points and venue restrictions. Competent specialists determine required calculations, drawings or approvals, and details are reviewed with the organizer before fabrication. A reference image cannot replace that assessment.

Connections, finish and transport

Metal connections must coordinate with coverings, lighting and signage fixings. Component dimensions and protection affect transport and assembly order. Surface treatment and finishing are specified for the intended use and agreed scope, including visible details.

Quotation boundaries

Specify whether the request includes the frame alone or coverings, finish, transport and installation. Supporting equipment and venue services should be identified in the quotation. Stage Up coordinates metalwork with the stand production plan after technical review.

Coordinate frames and coverings

Review frame interfaces with coverings, screens and lighting against approved technical drawings. Define specialist review and handling responsibilities before production; photographs do not replace structural specifications.
