Coordinate stand graphics and wayfinding with Stage Up: brand artwork, sizes, substrates, message visibility and installation aligned with the exhibition design.
Stage Up’s capabilities page lists printing, vinyl, wayfinding and brand applications. Review begins with logos, colors and final sizes, followed by substrate and application choices suited to the receiving surface. Approve wording before production, particularly bilingual text.
Readability at different distances
A large brand mark serves a different purpose from product information or a directional arrow. Define the viewing position and required message, then review text size, contrast and lighting. Published graduation and Anan meeting signage provides visual examples of these different roles.
Artwork and sample review
Check names, contact details, reading direction, artwork quality and cut areas. Where color matching is critical, discuss an appropriate sample before final production. The quotation defines substrates, quantities, finishing, fixing and any replacement requirements during use.
Coordinate production and installation
Graphics dimensions must match fabricated elements while keeping joints, edges and service access usable. Send drawings, the signage schedule, languages and deadline, and clarify whether artwork is final or needs preparation so the scope can be reviewed.
Approve graphics before installation
Match final copy and logos to panel dimensions, orientation and seam positions. Review fixing, lighting and viewing distance, particularly where one identity spans a counter, wall and overhead sign.
